SOULBREWS Electronic Wine Cooler Series
Three models, two forms
These aren't good-better-best tiers. They're three different jobs. Choose by what you actually drink — you'll get it right far more often than choosing by price.
Deep-Chill Sealed
In-Bottle Aeration
Electronic Decanter
Three models, no gaps: 32–68°F
The dark band is each model's controllable range. Most decanters sold today have no cooling element at all — that's a vessel, not an electronic decanter.
Deep-Chill Sealed
- Fits bottles up to 3.5 in (88 mm) — all standard Bordeaux shapes
- Range of 32–54°F (0–12°C) — the deepest chill in the series
- Sealed chamber keeps the cold in: faster pull-down, steadier hold
- Wine never leaves the bottle — sealed, no fridge odours picked up
In-Bottle Aeration
- Fits bottles up to 3.9 in (99 mm) — Champagne and wide-shouldered bottles included
- Range of 50–68°F (10–20°C) — the red wine serving band
- Micro-oxygenation: once chilled to target, it opens slowly in bottle
- Made for natural wine, Pinot Noir, Gamay — delicate reds that bruise easily
Electronic Decanter
- No bottle size limit — just open and pour
- Built-in cooling holds 54–68°F (12–20°C)
- A wide surface multiplies oxygen contact many times over in-bottle
- The right partner for tannic reds, aged bottles and wines with sediment
Still not sure? Answer three questions
Wine × temperature chart
Find your wine, get your model and your temperature. Figures are general serving guidelines — worth screenshotting.
Three steps. That's it.
Insert or pour
In-bottle: slide the whole bottle in, sealed. Freestanding: open the bottle and pour it into the decanter.
Set your target
Tap the temperature on the touch panel; the LED shows the wine's actual temperature live. Not sure what to set? Use the chart above.
It holds. Pour when you like.
Once it reaches target it holds there. Leave it all evening — it won't over-chill and it won't drift back up. No ice, no clock-watching.
